Terms of use

1. Agreement

By accessing WeAD AI Health Clinic (the "Clinic"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Clinic is operated as part of the WeAD ecosystem (wead.live).

2. Educational service only

The Clinic provides software for educational health information and organization. It is not a healthcare provider, hospital, telemedicine practice, or insurer. No clinician-patient relationship is created solely by using AI consultation or forms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Seek licensed medical care for diagnosis and treatment
• Use emergency services when appropriate — do not rely on the Clinic in emergencies
• Not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or automated scraping/harassment purposes
• Keep your WeAD sign-in credentials secure

4. Account & WeAD SSO

Sign-in may use WeAD single sign-on. Your account may link to other WeAD properties under their own terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit (text, voice transcripts, uploads where enabled). You grant the Clinic a limited license to store, process, and display that content to operate the service (including sending prompts to AI providers under our privacy practices). Do not submit content you lack rights to share.

6. Disclaimers

THE CLINIC IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeAD and operators of the Clinic are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for harm arising from reliance on educational AI output, delayed care, or third-party services (including translation, hosting, or model APIs). Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid the Clinic in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free consultation tiers).

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the operators against claims arising from your misuse of the Clinic or violation of these terms, except where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. Terms may be updated; continued use after the posted date constitutes acceptance of material changes.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised through wead.live contact channels where available.
