Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 May 2026

Who we are

WeAD AI Health Clinic ("we", "the Clinic") is a WeAD ecosystem application. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the Clinic at our published domain (e.g. gutheal.org).

What we collect

  • Account data from WeAD sign-in (e.g. email, display name, session tokens)
  • Health intake data you enter in forms (symptoms, vitals, labs, occupational answers, optional images where enabled)
  • Consultation data — messages, voice-derived transcripts, department choice, and AI replies stored in your chat history
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, and logs used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention
  • Local preferences — some settings (e.g. speech speed, clinic type, language cookie via Google Translate) may stay in your browser only

How we use data

We use your information to:

  • Authenticate you and maintain your visit/consultation history
  • Generate educational reports and consultation replies
  • Protect the service (fraud prevention, rate limits, canonical email abuse controls on related WeAD apps)
  • Improve reliability and security of the platform

We do not sell your health narratives to advertisers. We do not use your consultation text to claim a real doctor reviewed your case.

AI & third-party processors

Prompts and relevant context may be sent to AI inference providers to produce responses. Public health reference APIs may be queried where integrated. Google Translate (if you use the language menu) is subject to Google's policies on their infrastructure. Hosting and infrastructure providers process data on our servers.

Do not enter information you are legally required to keep only on certified medical systems unless you accept this processing model.

Retention

Visit and chat records are stored in application data files tied to your user account until you delete them where the product offers deletion, or until we remove them during maintenance, account closure, or legal obligation. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security.

Security

We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, access controls, rate limiting). No method is 100% secure; report suspected issues through WeAD contact channels.

Your choices

  • You may stop using the Clinic at any time
  • Request account/data questions via wead.live ecosystem support where available
  • Clear browser storage to reset local preferences
  • Avoid optional image uploads if you do not want visual data processed

Children

Pediatric flows are intended for guardian-led use. The Clinic is not directed at children under 13 to operate independently. Guardians are responsible for minors' use.

International users

Data may be processed in jurisdictions where our servers operate. You are responsible for compliance with local health-privacy laws when exporting your own notes from the Clinic.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes warrant re-reading before continued use.
